Our Story

Authentic Indian Cuisine in NW Calgary

Green Chili was founded in Canada with a vision to bring authentic Indian cuisine to Canadians and the Indian community residing here. We blend traditional classics with exciting new flavours that apply eastern spices with a western twist.

Our kitchen brings together the best of Indian, Nepalese, Chinese and Tibetan flavours. Alongside classic North Indian favourites such as butter chicken, chicken korma, lamb rogan josh, chicken biryani and tandoori chicken from the clay oven, we serve Himalayan and Indo-Chinese specialties like wok-tossed Hakka noodles and stir-fried appetizers.

Our Crowfoot location is a full-service neighbourhood restaurant at 101–150 Crowfoot Crescent NW, in the Crowfoot Crossing retail hub. With easy access from Crowchild Trail, Stoney Trail and the Crowfoot CTrain station, we welcome guests from Arbour Lake, Ranchlands, Hawkwood, Scenic Acres, Tuscany and all of northwest Calgary in a casual setting that is comfortable for families and groups.
